Castlevania is back after 18 years, but did the creators of Dead Cells sacrifice the franchise's soul to make it? Let's check out Castlevania Belmont's Curse gameplay. Today we're playing Castlevania: Belmont's Curse on launch day to find out if it actually deserves the Belmont name.

About This Stream
We're sinking our teeth into Castlevania: Belmont's Curse, developed by Konami and Evil Empire. The game trades traditional pacing for aggressively fast action, following a new protagonist, Rose, through the Parisian catacombs to hunt down "The Fallen". But critics are already arguing that while it is a stellar action game, it loses the classic Castlevania feel. We're testing the new movement tech, mastering the Arcana skill system, and diving into the debate. Is this the evolution the series needed, or just Dead Cells wearing a Castlevania skin? Let me know where you stand in the chat.
