The game features fully rebuilt high-definition visuals, modernized sound design with re-recorded audio from the primary cast, and expanded combat mechanics. Key updates include a broader sandbox with 9 additional weapons from across the franchise, 4-player online cooperative multiplayer with crossplay, pilotable Wraiths, and a new Campaign Remix mode featuring randomized, gameplay-modifying skulls. The title also introduces three original prequel missions under the Operation METEORITE storyline. Officially launching on Xbox Series X|S and PC via Xbox Game Pass on July 28, 2026.
