MOUSE: P.I. For Hire is Way Better Than You Expect (Review in Progress)

I went into MOUSE: P.I. For Hire expecting a charming 1930s art style, but I ended up playing one of the most competent DOOM-style boomer shooters I've touched in a long time. In this review in progress, I break down why the gameplay loop is the real draw. We cover the arena-style combat, the weapon sandbox (from the James Gun to the Acid Gun), and the movement mechanics that keep you alive.
